Charity auction and fine wine tasting

On May 21, Tajan had the honor of organizing, alongside the Rotary Club Paris Porte d’Orléans Paris Quai d’Orsay, a charity wine auction in aid of the fight against childhood diseases, in support of the associations “Un pas vers la vie” and “Tout le monde contre le cancer”.
Preceded by a tasting of fine Corsican wines from Canarelli, Alzipratu, Sant’Armettu and other specialities from the Isle of Beauty, the sale was a resounding success in a warm and festive atmosphere! A packed room of Rotarians and Tajan auction house customers enthusiastically took part in this unique evening, enabling Tajan to sell 100% of the lots for a total of 58,500 euros, all of which was donated to the two associations!
Many thanks to Jean-Marie Fréchet at Oenolis for his dynamism, support and organization of this magnificent tasting, and to Didier and Laurence Loth for their hard work and unfailing commitment to this annual event. Thank you to all the donors of fine wines and estates, to our partners, Mr. Gilles Aribaud, the Arlys company, La Gazette Drouot, Drouot.com, Invaluable.com, Interenchères, coffret 2V1 & Co, who all responded immediately to our call, and finally to all the buyers who made this event a real success!
